As we reach the last quarter of what has been an eventful season we are pleased to announce the details of this seasons President's Day. We will be hosting a 30 over a side contest on Sunday 8th September between a Cosby CC XI and President Chris Jones Select XI. Meeting from 10:30 and aiming for an 11:00 start we are hoping for an exciting days cricket to help us celebrate the 2019 season. As well as the cricket we will be having all the regular attractions and distractions including Bar, BBQ, Tombola and Tea & Cake Stall. Firstly we would ask that all players make themselves available via Teamo or by getting in touch with Club Captain Michael Whitehead. We need as many players as possible to make themselves available as who knows you may even make the cut for the Presidents Team. We also require players and members to volunteer to help set up and staff the attractions as these things don't run themselves. Finally we need donations of Raffle/Tombola prizes (no tat please...well not too much) or if you want to channel your inner Paul Hollywood maybe you could even bake a cake for the cake stall.

Presidents Day is always a highlight in the club calendar and we are the only cricket club in the county (to our knowledge) where Presidents Day comes with a free Air Show so even if you just come down to watch you'll be in for a great day.
